I see counselling as a collaboration in which I seek to help you to explore your thoughts and feelings.  In a safe and confidential setting I can support you to gain insight and discover options open to you thereby fostering your own personal growth and health.

Whilst listening is central, the in-depth therapeutic relationship we create jointly is at the heart of my approach.  I am interested in using creative ways to explore difficulties.  I pay particular attention to how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence our lives and frequently affect our relationships.

I offer short and long term counselling and have worked with individuals with a wide range of problems.
